Training and Education
  • I am a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE) endorsed by the National Board of Forensic Evaluators.

  • Advanced training in assessments through my doctoral education

  • Additionally, I have experience teaching these assessment skills in counseling master's level programs.

Languages:
  • I offer interviews and evaluations in English and Spanish.

  • If another language is needed, an interpreter can be secured for an additional cost.

Asylum Cases:

For clients who fear persecution in their home country based on race, religion, nationality, political opinions, or membership to a particular group.

VAWA - Violence Against Women's Act

For clients (of any gender) who have experienced spousal abuse by a partner who is a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Extreme Hardship Waivers Cancellation of Removal:

Evaluations focus on extreme hardship to a qualifying family member for the individual in immigration proceedings.

U Visa

For clients who have been a target of a crime and suffered psychologically or physically at the hands of a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

T Visa

For clients who are survivors of human trafficking and their family members.

Common Questions

What are your fees for evaluations?

Fees are approximately $1,050.

What is included in the fee?

The fee of $1,050 covers the time needed for completing assessments, the psychosocial interviews, ongoing consultation with your lawyer, and a quality report based on the assessments delivered to you and your lawyer. Requests for court testimony will require an additional cost of $145 an hour.

What is your turnaround time?

I offer a quick two-week turnaround time from the time of your last interview.

Expedited turnaround times are offered at an additional $300 fee.
